Badr Achab wins bronze at World Junior Champs

Badr Achab (16), the younger brother from reigning European Champion Jaouad Achab, won the bronze medal at the World Junior Taekwondo Championships in Hammamet, Tunisia. Achab’s adventure finished in the semi-finals after a dramatic one point loss against Iran.

Nevertheless, Achab’s bronze medal was iconic in the history of Belgian taekwondo because it was the first medal ever for Belgium on the World Junior Championships.
