Belgium men’s and mixed gender team grab bronze in team World Championships

Team Belgium (men + mixed) won two bronze medals at the World Championship for teams in Baku. The Belgian men were represented by Sala Bensalah, Mourad Laachroui, Jaouad Achab, Si Mohammed Ketbi, Nicholas Corten and Marc-Andre Bergeron. The Canadian native could participate with team Belgium because each country could select one foreign athlete. Belgium won against the USA but took a heavy loss against Korea in the semis: 13-43. In the mixed competition (Indra Craen) joined the team to win a bronze medal.
