Jaouad Achab: “Tokyo 2021, here I come”

European champion Jaouad Achab (27) will compete in the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2021! Achab earned his spot in the olympics with a direct qualification through the olympic ranking.

Tokyo 2021 will be the second time that Achab competes in the biggest sports event in the world. In Rio 2016 Achab came very close to the medals after losing the bronze medal match.

Three more Belgians will try to qualify for Tokio 2021 in the European Qualifiers in Moscow.
